As the South Georgian Bay Community Cookbook project has progressed we have been constantly reminded of how collaborative and innovative the food community in South Georgian Bay truly is.

We are so very excited to have such talented and passionate chefs, growers, producers and food professionals contributing to make the book a true representation of what is developing in the region.

And that’s not all! Just as important as the chefs are the growers and producers who supply them with beautiful ingredients. Stay tuned for a list of farmers, breweries, wineries, cideries and artisan food producers who will be featured in the book…
